Nativity Play
We were very grateful to the Vicar at St George's Church who allowed our older children to perform a traditional Nativity Play in the Church. The atmosphere was very special and there was plenty of room for everyone. Parents, families and friends were invited to watch our young thespians tread the boards for the first time... we wonder if any will take to the stage in later life!
Parents Evening
Our traditional 'child free' evening. Parents were invited to Woodstock to talk, (without interruption from small people,) to their child's Keyworker. In this relaxed atmosphere there was time to chat about their child's progress, particular friends, likes and dislikes and ask any questions about the nursery of their child's future schooling. Woodstock provided refreshments all evening and activities for the parents to sample.
Summer Fayre
Our 2007 Summer Fayre was held on Saturday 21st July. The rain fell out of the sky in the early morning but we were blessed with a dry fayre and even saw some sunshine! This year's chosen charity was 'Tommy's' (saving babies lives through funding research into and providing information on the causes and prevention of miscarriage, premature birth and still birth). Our families enjoyed a puppet show, cream teas, face painting, various stalls and a raffle. We were pleased to be able to forward a cheque for £200 to Tommy's.
