Fees
Children may arrive between the hours of 7.30am and 9.00am and be collected at any time between 4.40pm and 6.00pm for full day attendance.

We strongly believe that all babies and children should attend on at least two separate days each week. This will enable your child to make firm friendships and feel secure with the Nursery Staff. Extra hours required occasionally and pre-booked will be charged at £5 per hour (£2.50 per ½ hour).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(please read these carefully before signing the Confirmation of Booking Form)
- Receipt of your Application Form at the nursery will place your child on the Waiting List ~ no deposit is required at this stage. Confirmation in writing from the nursery will be given when a definite place has been reserved, at which time a deposit of two weeks fees will be requested. The place will be guaranteed providing the deposit is received by the due date. The deposit is NOT refunded if the booking is not honoured.
- Fees are payable monthly, in advance, throughout the year. Days away ill, family holidays, periods of absence and Bank Holidays will be charged at the normal rate. Late collections from the nursery will incur a charge of £5 every 15 minutes on each occasion.
- Fees will be paid by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month to Nestledown Childcare, unless by prior arrangement. Returned payments will incur a £7.50 administration charge. We do accept Childcare Vouchers from your employer as part or full payment of fees. Please speak to Anne or Judith if you wish to arrange this type of payment.
- A minimum of one calendar month's notice of leaving is required in writing. If notice is not given for leaving then you will be liable for one calendar month's fees from the date of leaving or from the date of notification, whichever is the earlier.
N.B. All fees will be reviewed annually in April.
